• In case of warranty claim transportation charges will not be paid.
• Any accidental damages including mishandling and negligence will not be covered in warranty.
• In case of any manufacturing fault / flaw the tank may either be replaced or repaired within first five years, later only material costs will be charged but no service charges at all.
• Warranty is only applicable if the water tank has been purchased from Shandar or from its authorized dealers.
• Warranty card must be presented to any authorized dealer and company representative in order to claim the warranty. Warranty cannot be claimed without warranty card.
