Installation / Term and Conditions
- Place or keep the tank on leveled / hard flat surface.
- Make sure that there shouldn't be any hard object under the bottom of tank before placement and water filling.
- At the time of pipe connections avoid putting unnecessary loads on brass bush nozzles.
- For the installation of loft tanks use angle iron and before placing tank on it put a wooden sheet on them, the size of sheet must cover entire resting area / surface of tank or above.
- In case of warranty claim transportation charges will not be paid.
- Any accidental damages including mishandling and negligence will not be covered in warranty.
- In case of any manufacturing fault / flaw the tank may either be replaced or repaired within first five years.
- Warranty is only applicable if the water tank has been purchased from Shandar or from its authorized dealers.
- Warranty card must be presented to any authorized dealer and company representative in order to claim the warranty. Warranty cannot be claimed without warranty card.
